• The Origins & Evolution: We’ll start at the beginning. From the mysterious "Martinez" of the 1800s to the high-glamour aesthetic of the 1950s, learn how the martini evolved from a sweet, heavy drink into the crisp, dry masterpiece we know today.
• The Three-Way Technique: Theory is good, but practice is better. Under Jon’s guidance, we will craft the martini in three distinct styles:
• 1. Where it came from: The Martinez: the cocktail's popularity inspired the Martini.
  2. The 2-1-2: We make an “original” martini from the 1890s using premium ingredients and expert techniques.
  3. The Modern Twist: A look at how contemporary bitters and garnishes change the profile.
