Mixology Class: Irish Cocktails & Spirits

No green beer or shamrocks here. Instead, we will take this opportunity in March to celebrate Irish culture as it regards to pubs, spirits, and cocktails. So dust off your James Joyce and Dead Rabbit cocktail books as we focus on three cocktails made with Irish spirits. Now, although there is not a dearth of Irish cocktails in the canon, the ones we do have are delightful, bona fide classics. We will also discuss the history of distilling in Ireland and review the recent boom in Irish spirits. Chef Katie will be providing delicious Irish pub snacks to whet your appetite alongside these cocktails.

This month's skill-building class will take place at Little Gem on Tuesday, March 17, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Spaces will be limited to 16 seats total, so be sure to reserve yours today! Standard tickets are available at $75 (includes plated snacks from Beau Catering, three cocktails, and recipe cards for each cocktail so you can make them at home). Premium tickets are $100 each and also include a themed Little Gem/Beau Catering gift bag full of holiday-inspired goodies. Hope to see you there!
