What to Expect

Welcome to MIXHER Speed Dating!

This event is open to all SINGLE 21+ Sapphic Lovers (Lesbian, Trans, Bi, and Queer) who fall anywhere along the femme–masc spectrum.

Event Details

Sign-In: 5:00 PM (Please be on time!)

Start Time: 5:30 PM

Upon Arrival

Check in with our friendly host, grab a drink or bite from the bar, mingle, and get ready for a night of authentic connection.

Platform

We’ll be using a digital platform to:

• Guide you to your next “mini date”

• View attendee profiles

• Record your interests after each date

• Connect with matches after the event — without sharing personal info upfront

New to the platform? No worries — we’ll walk you through it!

Before the Event

After registering, you’ll receive an email from SpeedMatchApp with your setup link.

1. Open the email and click MIXHER Speed Dating

2. Set up your profile:

• Upload a photo so others can interact with you

• Complete the “About Me” section for intro + talking points

3. Charge your phone before the event so you can fully enjoy the experience!

Event Format

• Enjoy a series of “mini dates” 3–5 minute each, with multiple participants.

• After each date, select your interest level for that person:

— Date

— Friends

— Networking

— None

• Too much pressure to decide right away? You can update your selections at the end of the event.

• 15-minute break halfway through — perfect for drinks, food, and restroom breaks.

After the Event

• View all attendees on the platform, connect with those you didn’t meet, or keep chatting with someone you liked.

• By 9:00 AM the next day, you’ll receive an email with your matches!

• You’ll only be matched with someone when both select a shared interest level.

— Example: If you choose Friends and Date, and they choose only Date, you’ll be matched under Date.

— You can chat through the app before deciding whether to exchange personal contact info.

Cancellation Policy

• If we cancel: Full refund.

• If you cancel: No refunds (to allow for planning and preparation).
