at a time - low to high shooting order.
Order remains the same throughout the match.
Below 200 / APA 1 = 12 Balls
201-249 / APA 2 = 16 Balls
250-349 / APA 3 = 22 Balls
350-399 / APA 4 = 28 Balls
400-449 / APA 5 = 32 Balls
450-499 / APA 6 = 43 Balls
500-549 / APA 7 = 52 Balls
550-599 / APA 8 = 62 Balls
600-649 / APA 9 = 72 Balls
