Welcome to Nailah Noor's mixed level belly dance class!Class begins with a thorough warm-up to prepare your body for movement. Next, you learn basic posture, shimmies, isolations, more. Finally, apply what you've learned as we piece together a short choreography.
This group class is held at Alpha Midway Dance Studio in Studio 5. The address is 13740 Midway Rd #714, Dallas, TX 75244. Parking is available in the surface lot around the building, but please avoid reserved spaces. There are two entrances to the studio, both facing the interior courtyard. If you enter through the door closest to Interstate 635, Studio 5 will be immediately to your left.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out the student registration form (new students) and check-in form via QR codes. These two forms must be completed before you begin class. You can dance in shoes, socks, or barefoot. Please bring a hip scarf if you have one.
