Join us for an exciting day filled with FREE backpacks with school supplies, FREE haircuts, community resources, raffles, and more as we come together to support students and families throughout the Sacramento community.
Whether you're preparing your child for their first day of school or connecting with valuable community organizations, this event is designed to help families start the school year confident and prepared.

Important Information (Please Read)
Backpacks
- Backpacks are available on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis while supplies last.
- Registering for this event or obtaining an Eventbrite ticket DOES NOT guarantee a backpack.
- Children MUST be present to receive a backpack.
- One backpack per eligible child.
Haircuts
- Free haircuts are also provided on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis.
- Haircut availability depends on the number of volunteer barbers and cosmetologists and the time required for each service.
We encourage families to arrive early as demand is expected to be high.
