About this Event
Get ready—we’re celebrating 1 year of The Immigrant’s Table the only way we know how… LOUD, HANDS-ON, and FULL OF FLAVOR.
Welcome to our KAMAYAN x NHÂU dinner experience—no forks, no spoons. Just hands, community, and nonstop drinks. This is how we eat, how we gather, how we celebrate.
Hosted by Meza California in the heart of Midtown, we’re laying it ALL out—a massive banana leaf FEAST LINE loaded with an unreal spread of Filipino & Vietnamese flavors. Expect abundance, boldness, and that “grab another bite” energy all night long.
What is Kamayan?A traditional Filipino style of dining where food is laid across banana leaves and eaten with your hands—no utensils, just connection, sharing, and culture.
What is Nhậu?A Vietnamese drinking culture rooted in gathering, snacking, and toasting together—loud, lively, and all about community (“một, hai, ba, dzô!”).
And don’t worry… we didn’t forget the drank.Guest mixologist Chelsea Kennedy from The Roost is pulling up with a pop-up bar to keep the vibes right and the glasses full.
This is more than dinner—it’s interactive, it’s communal, it’s rooted in culture.Come ready to eat with your hands, share with strangers, and celebrate with us.
