This class is suitable for a range of abilities, with a focus on controlled movement, core strength, mobility and feeling good in your body.

� Thursdays starting the 24th September
� 6 - 7 pm
� Try for just £5 (regular price £10 and block booking discount offered).
Whether you're completely new to Pilates or already have some experience and are looking for progression, you are welcome.
