We’re getting a little experimental for October. Learn the magic (and science) behind techniques including fat washing, infusions and smoking and how they can completely transform a cocktail.

Kitchen Add-On: Charcuterie 101
A 30-minute hands-on crash course covering charcuterie basics, knife skills, cheese and meat preparation, presentation and practical kitchen techniques.

Mixology Class: Potions — $35 per class
Mixology Class: Potions + Kitchen Add-On: Charcuterie 101 — $50 per class

Space is limited to 25 guests per class.
