Mitcham's Got Talent has its 2nd Year! To be held again at the New Horizon Centre, South Lodge Road, Pollards Hill. 23rd November 2024. 6pm - 10pm We are looking for volunteers to assist with the show.
Types of volunteers we need,
Registration Volunteers:
Check in participants and audience members.
Distribute event materials (badges, programs, etc.
Stage Crew:
Set up and break down equipment.
Assist with stage changes and manage backstage areas.
Usher Volunteers:
Guide attendees to their seats.
Provide information about facilities and schedules.
Judge Coordinators:
Assist judges with scoring sheets and logistics.
Ensure judges have what they need (e.g., refreshments, seating.
Participant Coordinators:
Help contestants with their schedules.
Ensure participants are in the right place at the right time.
Marketing and Social Media Volunteers:
Promote the event on social media.
Assist with live updates and event coverage.
Runner Volunteers:
Handle miscellaneous tasks and errands.
Fill in wherever needed to ensure smooth operations.
Each of these volunteer roles is crucial for different aspects of the event, helping ensure everything runs seamlessly and participants and attendees have a positive experience.
