Festive lunch and music at the Pittville Pump Room with Francis Sanville.
Join pianist Francis Sanville for festive music and a two-course Christmas lunch at the Pittville Pump Room from 12:00 pm on Thursday, 12 and 19 December.
Francis Sanville is an established pianist playing original arrangements of well-known songs and modern jazz. Francis’s musical influences include a blend of popular music, classical harmony and the golden period of jazz from the 1950s onwards. Expect festive swing and jazz classics with creative arrangements of popular Christmas tunes and carols.
Food menu
Main Course:
– Christmas Roast Turkey: Hand-carved roasted turkey breast served with garlic and thyme baby roast potatoes, maple-glazed Chantenay carrots, Piccolo parsnips, festive button sprouts, traditional pigs in blankets, and a savory pork, sage, and onion stuffing. Finished with a rich, homemade Christmas gravy.
Dietary Option:
– Cranberry and Sage Roulade: Gourmet cranberry, sage, and onion roulade filled with creamy cranberry Wensleydale cheese, accompanied by garlic and thyme baby roast potatoes, maple-glazed Chantenay carrots, Piccolo parsnips, and seasonal button sprouts. Finished with special cranberry gravy.
Dessert:
– Christmas Chocolate Brownie: Indulgent Christmas chocolate brownie with a festive mincemeat infusion and a berry compote. Vegan and gluten-free alternatives are available.
