Mister Iowa City, Mx. Iowa City & Iowa City Diva Pageant 2025

Lesbians of Iowa presents the Annual Mister Iowa City, Iowa City Diva, & Mx. Iowa City Pageants! Come enjoy new & veteran performers compete for the titles as we raise money for fellow nonprofit organization Iowa City Pride.This years pageant is emceed by Hazel Sanchez-Belle, and will feature special performances by Sonny No-Belle Sanchez, Lil Kim Blaque, Destiny Michelle, Spookyy Santos, the first ever Iowa City Diva, Paris J. Valentino, Dior Valentino & more!

Enjoy a specially curated menu served at by First Avenue Club. Full bar available, including non-alcoholic options.

Doors open at 7 pm, show begins at 8 pm.

A triple pageant, each year with more performers, and bigger stakes: come on out to raise money for Iowa City Pride!

This fun-loving competition will crown an overall leading performer based on Creative Fashion, Talent & Interview. (one leading performer across all pageants)

A $100 cash prize will be awarded to the overall Crowd Favorite.

Entry fee is $50 per contestant. Need based entry scholarships are available on a limited basis. Please contact the event coordinator if you need assistance with your entry fee.

Newly-crowned 2025 Mister Iowa City, 2025 Mx. Iowa City & 2025 Iowa City Diva each receive:
Two performances at Iowa City Pride 2025*
$200 cash prize ($100 day of show, $100 after step down performance),
Two paid weekend bookings at Studio 13,
Royalty swag.

2025 Mister Iowa City, 2025 Mx. Iowa City & 2025 Iowa City Diva Runner-ups each receive:
$100 cash prize
One weekend booking at Studio 13.
One performance at Iowa City Pride 2025
Category winners each receive:
$50 cash prizeRegistration closes at 11:59 pm April 4th, 2025.

*Performance at Iowa City Pride is MANDATORY. If you cannot perform at Iowa City Pride your title will be forfeited to the runner up.
