Wim Segers is one of the most distinctive vibraphone voices of his generation in Belgium, a restless player who turns the instrument into both engine and atmosphere. As the driving force behind Compro Oro and a key figure in PAARD, he blends groove, texture and energy into a sound that is instantly recognisable.
Simon Raman and Kobe Boon have been playing together for over fifteen years in Steiger and mòs ensemble, building a rhythm section that can lock tight or open up without losing momentum.
Olivier Vander Bauwede moves between scenes and projects without sticking to one lane. He plays in Tamala, where West African tradition meets improvisation , leads his own quartet and trio exploring harmonica in a jazz context , and forms a blues and roots duo with Leander Vandereecken, awarded Best Duo Act at the Belgian Blues Awards .
He is also part of the Missy Sippy All Stars and curates the Muddy Sippy Sessions in Ghent, bringing together musicians across genres for spontaneous collaborations . Beyond that, he has worked with artists such as Sylvie Kreusch, Absynthe Minded and Roland Van Campenhout, moving easily between blues, jazz and pop contexts.
