Regular Registration Cost: $65 (until March 25th)

Late Registration Cost: $75 (after March 25th)

Single Service Passes will be available on-site for $25/ea. They will not be available for purchase ahead of time.

The Friday PM service will be open to all, no registration required.

REGISTRATION DETAILS

Complimentary registration for one pastor and spouse per church; no need to register, just pick up your badge at registration check-in at St. Charles Convention Center.

Children 11 and under are free - no registration required

Afterburner tickets required for all individuals age 6 and up

Churches giving $1000 to MTM in 2025 receive 2 free registrations - subtract this from your total and pick up free registrations on-site in St. Charles. For each additional $5000 given, church receives 1 additional free registration.

Students who gave at least $500 to MTM in 2025 receive a free registration to MOYC and may pick up their registration badge on-site in St. Charles.

Payment by check is available if you do not wish to pay online by card. Note that MO Youth is not absorbing the fees associated with online payment; however, if you still desire to pay by check, that option is available in the registration process. If you choose to pay by check, bring it with you to the registration check-in table upon arrival at St. Charles Convention Center.

EMBASSY SUITES INFO

Nightly rate within the hotel block is $145. Space is limited.

Embassy Suites has a 10-day cancellation policy (as opposed to the usual 48-hour window for room cancellations). This is in place as part of arrangements by MO Youth that allow us to have additional discounted rooms available to our attendees - more than in previous years. Please take note of this and plan accordingly.

Room block code is "909" -- this is NOT a promo code. It is just an identifying code for the block of rooms.
