Knollwood Youth of Knollwood Church is putting on a 5K run to raise money for a missions organization called SPEED THE LIGHT.
This event is a community event held on Saturday, May 25th from 8am-10am. This run starts and ends at Medal of Honor park.
We also have a 1 Mile Fun run option available that will be happening the same time as the 5K run.
This year, our missions project is to raise $20,000 in 2024 to support the building project of a Water Well in Tanzania through Speed The Light.
Many people around the world today do not have easy access to clean drinking water. We believe that meeting this necessary physical need in Tanzania can lead to meeting a spiritual need of providing them with the LIVING water as well.

Price per runner is $25 or you can donate any amount. Run for the Light T-shirts are an additional $10. 100% of proceeds go to the Speed the Light organization.
