We're thrilled to announce that the second of our Memorials will be unveiled on the 82nd Anniversary of D-Day (June 6th 2026) at RAF Spanhoe, in Northamptonshire, with the full support of the current owners of the former RAF airfield.
Our aim is to make a day of it, with reenactors, military vehicles, historical displays & talks, as well as the unveiling of the memorial itself at 11am.

This event will take place just one day after the anniversary of the tragic grenade explosion, which claimed the lives of four members of the HQ Company, 1st Battalion, 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment. It is for those four men that this memorial will be for.
