Join your colleagues and peers at the 28th Annual Mission Possible Conference on Wednesday, March 25-26, at the Pitser Garrison Convention Center in Lufkin, Texas.This multi-day conference will offer continuing education contact hours for counselors, social workers, LMFTs, nurses, certified case managers, and activity professionals.
Mental Health professionals: This program will apply for 9.5 hours of continuing education credit, including 3.0 ethics hours for Social Workers, LPCs, and LMFTs. The Ethics Workshop will be held on March 25 at the pre-conference event.
Nurses: This continuing professional development activity for nurses will apply for approximately 6 hours by Louisiana State Nurses Association - an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Activity Professionals: This activity will apply for Continued Education hours by the National Certification Council for Activity Professionals.

Conference Objectives:
- Participants will identify gaps in care, understand diverse client demographics, and create personalized, culturally responsive treatment plans.
- Participants will learn tools to improve clinical approaches, particularly in managing emotional dysregulation and integrating data-driven needs assessments.
- Participants will identify self-care strategies and methods to prevent burnout.
- Participants will explore the significance implicit bias has on mental health treatment and identify the use of culturally diverse approaches to enhance client outcomes.
