We are very excited to host an in gym competition for our members!!
This event will take place of Saturday bootcamp classes.
Cost?
Free!! Aside from your hard work, that is. We are just looking to bring people together to challenge one another, work hard, and have some FUN!!
What to expect?
The competition will consist of 7 different events performed in order until all are completed for time. We will have heats of 3 competitors at a time. Sign up sheets for each time slot will be located in the front lobby of the gym.
The 7 events consist of the following:
Rower 500m
Burpee 25
Skier erg 20cal
Sandbag lunge 50
Assault bike 20cal
Wall ball 50
Run 400m
There will be prizes and giveaways!
Spectators are welcome, and refreshments will be provided for all! Hope to see you all there at our first MISSION MADNESS!!
