CrossFit Encompass is joining the mission!
This November, we’re coming together for more than just a workout. We’re joining gyms and athletes across the country in support of Mission 22, whose mission is to help combat veteran suicide and support our veterans.
💪 THE WORKOUT
📅 Saturday November 7
📍 CrossFit Encompass
⏰ Workout time: 8:30 am
We’ll take on the M22 workout as a community and use our strength to support a cause bigger than ourselves.
