Miss South Arkansas/South Central Arkansas is a dual preliminary scholarship competition for the Miss Arkansas and Miss Arkansas' Teen Scholarship Organization.
Competition will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2026 at The Arts & Science Center for Southeast Arkansas.
This is a dual preliminary, which means we’ll be crowning:
Top 2 MISS contestants (Miss South Arkansas-open to all counties. Miss South Central Arkansas-open to Ashley, Bradley, Calhoun, Clark, Cleveland, Columbia, Dallas, Drew, Garland, Grant, Hempstead, Hot Springs, Jefferson, Lincoln, Montgomery, Nevada, Ouachita, Pike, Saline, Union counties).
Top 2 TEEN titleholders (open to all counties)
All four will advance to Miss Arkansas or Miss Arkansas' Teen 2027 in Little Rock!
✅ How to Get Started
Paperwork for entries will be managed through the new and improved Miss Arkansas Contestant Portal which will be open on July 1. You can find more information at www.missarkansas.org.
💵 Entry Fee
Submit your $150 local preliminary fee via Venmo (@jtanderson0704) or CashApp ($Joeltom40) to secure your spot. Competition order for our preliminary is determined by the date/time your entry fee is received. Paperwork is due by August 10th.
Please submit as soon as possible through the Miss Arkansas Contestant Portal.
