About the Event: Miss Mandy and The Boys bring the swing with a stellar show paying tribute to the 1940s and the stars of stage and screen from Ella Fitzgerald, Etta James and Natalie Cole to showbiz legends like Bette Midler, Judy Garland and Liza Minelli. With cheeky banter and onstage costume changes, Miss Mandy and The Boys will blow you away with their first-class musicianship, arrangements and high energy entertainment.
Enjoy a cooking band, hot horns and some Latin tunes to spice up the night. You will be dancing in your seats as Miss Mandy sizzles, sings and dances her way through jazz standards and showstoppers including ‘At Last’, ‘Route 66’, ‘Sway’, ‘Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy’, ‘The Way You Look Tonight’, ‘Stuff Like That There’, ‘Cabaret’, ‘Mac the Knife’, ‘Le Jazz Hot’, ‘Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me’ and many more. Miss Mandy has been kicking those legs and swinging her head off from a young age and combines Jazz and Cabaret to coin her own style "Jazzaret". Miss Mandy and The Boys bring old school entertainment and vintage Hollywood.
Miss Mandy is joined on stage by Ashley Higgins - Drums, Shane Calderbank - Piano, Nick Woodend -Bass, Josh Sinclair - Trumpet, Jon Woodend - Sax + Arrangements and Mikael Strand - Trombone.
