Through Lifestyle & Fitness, On Stage Question, Talent and Evening Gown, twenty talented young women (ages 14 to 28) will be competing for the Miss and Teen titles that will advance four of them to the Miss Oregon stage, in Seaside, this coming June.
Since 2022 alone, we’ve awarded over $100,000 in scholarships and in-kind donations to local delegates through our organization. Through the passion and commitment of our volunteer Board of Directors, and through the generous support of our community and sponsors, the Miss Klamath County-Miss City of Sunshine program has remained a beacon of opportunity to young women for decades.
If it’s been a while since you’ve watched one of our competitions, or you’re just curious about what a local preliminary to Miss America looks like—grab a friend (or an entire fan club) and spend the evening with us back again at the Ross Ragland Theater!
Look forward to:
⭐️ Special performances from our Shining Stars (ages 5 to 11 years old) and our current/outgoing titleholders
🎟️ A “Miracle Minute” Fundraiser (a one minute-long fundraiser, passing a collection bucket around the audience to raise money for our local, scholarship organization—bring your pocket change/donations!)
👑 Appearances by our current Miss Oregon, Mya Cash, and Miss Oregon’s Teen, Mila Pearl
🎓 Thousands of dollars in scholarships awarded across the stage, to include EVERY delegate competing, whether or not they place
✨And of course, the heart-racing moments as we crown four new titleholders!
