Ages 0-6: NO makeup, NO tanning, NO hair extensions or hair pieces, no false lashes, hair can be styled
Ages 7-9 years: Light blush, powder, mascara, and lip gloss, no heavy tanning, no heavy application of makeup, no hair pieces or extensions, no flippers, no false lashes.
Ages 10+: Pageant Makeup allowed, tanning, lashes, and hair styled allowed. These ages are semi-glitz.
1 Queen, 1 People's Choice (People’s Choice Queen), and runner-ups per division
