### A Classy Pageant-Style Competition
Miss Cacklebery is designed to give **every contestant a fair and equal opportunity to win** based on confidence, personality, presentation, and overall appearance.
**Contestants must be 18 years of age or older.**
### ROUND ONE — EVENING WEAR
Contestants will take the stage in an **evening gown or formal dress**, with their bikini worn underneath. Each contestant will have the opportunity to walk the stage and model her evening wear.
### ROUND TWO — BIKINI
Contestants will return to the stage in a **tasteful, coordinated bikini** and model their look for the judges and audience.
### IMPORTANT CONTEST RULES
This is a **pageant-style competition**, similar in presentation to a traditional beauty pageant. It is NOT a pole-dancing contest, wet T-shirt contest, or clothing-removal competition.
• Appropriate coverage must be maintained at all times.
• No nudity or intentional exposure is permitted.
• Contestants are asked to model and walk the stage—no pole dancing.
• Clothing must remain on except for the planned transition from evening wear to the bikini round.
• Any contestant who intentionally exposes herself or disregards the contest rules will be disqualified.
