Ladies! Have you ever wanted to dress up as if it were the flapper and gangster days of the 1920’s? Or are you a seasoned pro that's looking for an event during the pinup season? Then sign up for The Second Annual Miss Brass & Nickel Pin-Up Contest! With your suggested donation/ registration fee, it will help aid Wreaths Across America- Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery St. Louis. We will be giving away sashes & special prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
This will be a 1920’s Flapper and Gangster themed contest to go along with the car show’s pre-war era vehicles. Costumes allowed! We are only accepting 15 ladies (possibly 20 depending on interest) each lady will receive a goody bag.
Contest and Car Show will be located at the National Museum of Transportation.
Contest Rules and Registration:
1. Participants must be 18 years of age to enter the contest.
2. Hair, makeup, and attire is the responsibility of the contestant.
3. We will NOT accept any nudity, lingerie, swimsuits, or burlesque themed attire. If your outfit doesn't meet our criteria you will be disqualified.
4. Check-in/Registration will be from 11:00am-12:00pm at the Midwest Pin-Up Charity Mingle Tent. Please be in full contest-ready makeup and attire. We will have everyones registration papers on hand, for anyone to look at.
**Any contestant arriving after check in, unfortunately will not be able to participate.
5. Judging is based on wardrobe, hair/makeup, overall look, creativity, poses, and charisma.
6. ALL CONTESTANTS are asked to stay until after the contest is over for group pictures.
*When submitting your registration fee/ suggested donation, please put down that this is for Miss Brass & Nickel Pin-Up Contest. A receipt of ALL donations will be provided on event page.
**If you don't pay registration fee, you're not guaranteed a spot in the contest.
