Beautifully shot by Sydney cinematographer Rishe Le Hunte, the film unfolds across the striking landscapes of the Barrington Coast, NSW, with Pacific Palms offering a deceptively serene backdrop. What begins in quiet calm slowly fractures, as tension tightens and the drama draws the audience ever closer to the edge of their seat.

Driven by an original and intricately layered narrative written by Duncan James, Misgivings weaves emotional depth with unexpected turns. Its haunting atmosphere is elevated by a rich and creatively diverse soundtrack, featuring a beautiful original score by composer Blake Fernance.

An accomplished Australian cast—including Joanne Connor, Mace Murray, Jeffrey Richards, Julie-Anne Breen, Claire Bocking, Craig Walker, Reuby Chip, Robin Kukk, and Matt Healey—delivers performances that linger long after the final frame.
