Finally it’s distribution day for all of the donated toys. Have you or someone you know had a tough year? Come shop all of these toys for FREE.
Join us Saturday, Dec 14th starting at 9 am at Blue Skies Pediatrics, 2500 Grand Ave Suite R. We will go until all toys are happily on their way to a new child.
In an attempt to make this go as smoothly as possible, we will be using a wrist band system upon your arrival. No sign ups needed, it will be a first come first served event.
First 20 people get to shop for free at 9:00 am. Then the next 20 people will get a wristband marked with the next time increment 9:30, the next 10:00, 10:30 and so on. Being in Montana we do not want people waiting out in the cold. This way if you are in line, you can get a wrist band, leave to wait in your car, go get food, or whatever and then come back at your designated time (this will be based on your position in line). We do realize that there is a possibility that toys may be limited or gone by a certain time, everything depends on how many donations we receive, thank you for your understanding.
We are hoping to have Mazevo coffee/hot chocolate and possibly a breakfast option for people coming and waiting.
This is a community event, to remind us all the true reason for the season. To love one another and spread joy. Please remember that we are all volunteers and hope to have plenty of gifts to go around. If you or anyone you know have gently loved gifts to pass to another child, please donate them to ANY Mazevo coffee, Blue Skies Pediatrics, or West End Drop in Child Care. We will accept gifts up until the night before the drive Friday, Dec 13th or we can arrange pick up.
If you don’t have toys but would like to donate, we are in need of 2 gallon size ziplock bags to bundle smaller toy items, large black garbage bags (so children can’t see in the bags), or AAA or AA batteries. Thank you so much
