Mirror Pages - guided creative journaling, meditation & sound bath evening

You are invited to pause from the constant hustle, bustle and noise of the modern world and have an honest, tender conversation with yourself.

Expect a safe, cosy space to arrive with whatever you’re carrying - questions, worries, hopes, or simply an open heart. You’ll be guided into a deep state of relaxation through the gentle guided meditation, soothing sounds of healing bowls, followed by a reflective journaling session.

The invitation is to bring a photo of yourself as a child, or any small item that belonged to you, and spend time reconnecting with that part of you - the one who still lives within, waiting to be seen, loved and spoken to.

The evening will be lovingly guided by Justina - meditation and sound healing facilitator passionate about creating spaces for connection, reflection, calm and authentic self-discovery.

Come as you are. Leave feeling softer, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
