Join Hillary Hardison (Copper Moon) and Lee Hunsaker (Hoot and Holler Stories) at the fabulous Motel Studios, as we explore the creative space where words and images become one.
Self-image, body perception, and personal narrative will all come together in this magical hands on workshop.
Mirror/Mirror blends memoir writing and collage - inviting participants to reflect, reimagine, and reclaim the way they see themselves—inside and out.
Through thought-provoking writing prompts, you’ll uncover the stories your body holds, the myths you’ve internalized, and the truths you’re ready to tell.
Then, through the tactile experience of collage, you’ll layer textures, color, pattern, and unexpected juxtapositions to craft a visual reflection of your evolving self-perception.
This workshop is for writers, artists, and curious souls of all backgrounds and skill levels—no prior experience necessary!
Whether you’re here to confront, celebrate, question, or simply explore, you’ll be met with a welcoming space that honors your unique voice and vision.
