This class guides participants through a layered somatic and contemplative process designed to soften self-judgment, deepen presence, and open a compassionate relationship with the self. Through journaling, movement, shaking, Ho’oponopono recitation, mirror-gazing, and guided meditation, students gradually shift from their habitual self-image into a more spacious, intentional, and loving awareness. The mirror becomes both witness and teacher — reflecting not just the face, but the evolving inner state. The session closes with integration practices to help participants anchor the insights and emotional shifts that arise.
