Boswell hosts award-winning, Wisconsin-based children’s author Miranda Paul, who visits with her new picture book, Kaleidoscope of Hope: How Butterfly Life Cycles Reflect Our World, which traces the butterfly life cycle to inspire young readers to connect with nature. This event will feature a storytime, a chance to look up-close at butterfly specimens, and a fun, butterfly-themed activity. Great for ages 4 and up.

Miranda Paul is author of more than twenty books, including One Plastic Bag, Water is Water, and Whose Hands Are These? Several of her books have been named Junior Library Guild selections and CCBC Choices selections. Paul is a faculty member at the Highlights Foundation and a Cofounding Member of the nonprofit organization We Need Diverse Books. She serves on the board of Americans Serving African Children.
