Miranda and RPO Updates

The Florida Deputy Sheriffs Association is proud to bring you the very latest updates on the Miranda Decision and Florida's Risk Protection Orders.  The event will take place on April 15, 2025, at the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office Detention Center – Training Room located at 219 E Anderson Avenue, Bushnell, Florida 33513.

Our speaker for the day is Mr. Jack Jordan who is the current legal advisor for the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office.  Mr. Jordan has decades of legal experience and has served as a prosecutor with the 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida, Chief Deputy of the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office and operates Jordan Law, PA.
