Austin's favorite Christmas cocktail pop-up bar is coming back to town for its eighth season, and we can't wait to see you to spread some holiday cheer!
Miracle is a Ticketed Event and we will be operating on a strict capacity limit with standing room allowed and seating within the venue for all General Admission & Dasher Pass holders on a first come, first served basis.
If you're planning on joining us this holiday season, we highly recommend purchasing your passes in advance, but know that...
GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS & DASHER PASSES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR!
We also encourage you (and all of your guests) to have the QR Code for your tickets printed out or pulled up on your phone to show to our door staff for easy check-in and entry into the venue.
PLEASE NOTE THAT EACH PASS IS FOR A SINGLE INDIVIDUAL. IF YOU HAVE TEN GUESTS IN YOUR PARTY, YOU WILL EITHER NEED TEN INDIVIDUAL TICKETS OR YOU WILL NEED A "THE MORE THE MERRIER GROUP RESERVATION" PASS.
BECAUSE THE ELEANOR / MIRACLE ON 5TH STREET ALSO ACTS AS A HOLIDAY PARTY VENUE, BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR PASSES, PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK OUR SEASON'S CALENDAR AT TO ENSURE THAT WE WILL BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC ON THE DATE & TIME YOU AND YOUR GUESTS WOULD LIKE TO JOIN US!
Note that the General Admission, Twas the Night, & Tis the Season Dasher Passes do not come with a seat within the venue, but rest assured that there are plenty of seats throughout the space so you and your guests should be able to find an area to congregate within a reasonable amount of time.

MIRACLE ON 5TH STREET REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY
Miracle on 5th Street has a flexible refund policy: Tickets & Passes are refundable and/or transferable (to a different date) if you are not/were not able to join us.
Refunds/Transfers will be given under the following circumstances:
1 ) You or any of your guests get sick with COVID, the Flu, or any other virus that would pose a health risk to you or any other guests. At the end of the day, the safety of our guests is one of our top priorities, so we'd rather you stay home if you or any of your guests are not feeling well.
2 ) You purchased a General Admission ticket but did not make it inside the venue. We want everyone who purchases a ticket to Miracle to get inside and enjoy their experience with us. However, on busy nights, the line can sometimes get long and we understand that oftentimes this affects other plans that our guests have made for that evening. We do not want to accept money from anyone who does not make it inside to enjoy the popup that our team works so hard to provide to our amazing community.
3) All other refund requests will be given consideration on a case-by-case basis.
Lastly, if you purchase a Tis the Season or Twas the Night Dasher Pass, please note that we cannot predict if there will be a General Admission Line outside on the date & time you wish to join us. Thus, any refund requests related to any lack of a line outside when you arrive/arrived will be granted with a reduction of the price of the ticket(s) down to the General Admission price for that date. The main benefits of the Dasher Passes are that they allow you to be the next group of guests admitted into the venue when you arrive & each pass also comes with a free festive Miracle shot upon entry to kick off your experience with us!
ALL REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE PROCESSED THROUGH EVENTBRITE. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM CALLING OR EMAILING US WITH REFUND REQUESTS.

THE MORE THE MERRIER GROUP PRESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. ALL GUESTS MUST AGREE - All guests in your group must read these terms & conditions outlined here prior to your group’s reservation to ensure that everyone is aware of these important details.
2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - Passes are non-refundable but they are transferable under certain circumstances. If your plans change, you may submit a request for transfer (to use on a different date & time OR to a friend/family member to use on the evening your tickets are valid for). All requests for transfer must be made BEFORE the date your passes are effective. Any requests for transfer on the date that your passes are valid OR after the date your passes are valid will not be approved and you will need to purchase an additional pass(es) for the new date & time you'd like to join us.
3. RESERVATION ALTERATIONS - Reservation alteration requests (such as transferring your reservation to a different date that is still available on our calendar) must be made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation. Reservation alteration requests made less than 24 hours before your reservation will not be approved and your group will then need to purchase an additional The More the Merrier Group Reservation Pass for the new date & time you'd like to join us.
4. LATE ARRIVALS - If at least six members of your group do not arrive within 30 minutes of your group’s reservation time, your reservation will be forfeited and your group’s reserved area will be released to other guests.
5. UNDER-21 GUESTS - Under-21 guests are permitted into the venue if they are accompanied by their Parent(s), Legal Guardian, or Spouse by Marriage (who is over 21) each evening up until 7pm. Under 21 will not be permitted into the venue under any circumstance after 7pm.
6. ADDITIONAL GUESTS - No additional guests (beyond the maximum number of guests stated on the pass(es) you have purchased) will be permitted to join you in your group’s reserved area.
7. OUTSIDE BEVERAGES - Absolutely no outside beverages of any kind are allowed into Miracle on 5th Street.
8. OUTSIDE FOOD - Outside food is allowed on a very limited basis into Miracle on 5th Street. Any outside food requires prior written approval by a member of the management team of Miracle on 5th Street. If you would like to bring any outside food (such as a cake or cupcakes), please email your request stating exactly what you would like to bring. All outside food must be contained within your reserved area. You are responsible for bringing your own plates and utensils; we will not supply those items for you. If your group brings any outside food for your gathering, your group is responsible for cleaning your reserved area and removing all leftover food, used and unused plates & utensils, etc. BEFORE your reservation concludes. Ask the staff for trash bags, paper towels, etc. and we will be happy to provide them to you. If your group fails to properly clean your reserved area before departing the venue, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied to your group’s final bill.
9. GIFT EXCHANGES - If your group brings any presents to exchange during your gathering, your group is responsible for cleaning your reserved area and removing all wrapping paper, bows, packaging material, etc. BEFORE your reservation concludes. Ask the staff for trash bags and we will be happy to provide them for you. If your group fails to properly clean your reserved area before departing the venue, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied to your group’s final bill.
10. DECORATIONS - No personal/additional decorations of any kind are allowed at Miracle on 5th Street unless prior written approval is given by management. However, note that absolutely no glitter, confetti, sequins, fake snow, foam, paint, etc., of any kind can be brought into the venue. If you or any of your guests bring any such unauthorized items, a $500 detailed cleaning fee will be applied to your group’s final bill.
11. STORAGE - Miracle on 5th Street does not provide storage of any kind.
1 2. FOOD & DRINK SERVICE - All food and drink orders must be placed at the bar. We do not offer table service with servers at Miracle on 5th Street.
13. GROUP BAR TAB - All guests in your group must order all food and drinks on a SINGLE TAB during your reservation. Please instruct your guests to place their orders at the bar on the "(YOUR LAST NAME) TAB" during your group's time with us. We kindly request that your group’s tab be split no more than three ways at the conclusion of your group’s reservation.
14. AUTOMATIC GRATUITY - An automatic gratuity of 20% will be applied to your group’s final tab before closing out.
15. PERSONAL PROPERTY - Upon the conclusion of your reservation, you and your guests must remove all of your personal property. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or left behind items.
16. EXITING THE VENUE WHEN YOUR RESERVATION CONCLUDES - Upon the conclusion of your The More the Merrier Group Reservation, you and your guests must exit the venue to allow space for new guests to enjoy the popup. If you (and any of your guests) wish to continue enjoying the popup after your reservation has concluded, you will be required to purchase a Dasher Pass ticket. Once you have exited the venue, you may join the Door Pass line to be next in line to enter the venue and continue enjoying Miracle on 5th Street when space becomes available.
17. UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES - You understand and agree that unforeseen circumstances sometimes arise that will prohibit Miracle on 5th Street from hosting your group's reservation. This applies, but is not limited to, private event (s) that are booked in the Miracle's Mezzanine space and conflict with your group’s reservation. You hereby understand and agree that Miracle on 5th Street may cancel your The More the Merrier Group Reservation at any time prior to your reservation date without liability whatsoever by providing written notice to you via email. In such an event, Miracle on 5th Street hereby agrees to make all reasonable efforts to help you find an alternative date & time to accommodate your reservation at Miracle on 5th Street. If an alternative date & time is not possible, Miracle on 5th Street agrees to refund your The More Merrier Ticket and will make all reasonable efforts to help you find an alternative venue to accommodate you and your guests for your gathering.
18. GUEST INTOXICATION - Miracle on 5th Street operates under the strict regulations of the TABC for the safe service of alcoholic beverages. You understand and agree that if any of your guests arrive intoxicated, they will be refused entry without a refund. Similarly, if any of your guests become intoxicated while at Miracle on 5th Street, we reserve the right to refuse further service of alcohol to those individuals, and if deemed necessary, we will ask them to exit the venue. In either case, no refund of any kind will be considered as we will be acting in accordance with the law. Furthermore, if your group collectively becomes intoxicated, rowdy, or is a disturbance to other guests, we reserve the right to conclude your reservation early and ask your entire party to exit the venue. In such a case, no refund of any kind will be offered or considered.
19. DISORDERLY CONDUCT - If any guest in your party is caught stealing, damaging property, loudly and profusely swearing, sexually harassing staff or other guests, threatening staff or other guests, verbally or physically assaulting staff or other guests, or behaving in any other intolerable manner, that individual will be forced to exit the venue immediately without question, and the police will be called to pursue further action with the possibility of pressing charges.
20. DAMAGES & THEFT - YOUR GROUP AGREES TO REIMBURSE MIRACLE ON 5TH STREET FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES OR THEFT CAUSED BY YOUR GROUP, ANY REPRESENTATIVE OF YOUR GROUP, ANY GUEST(S) OF THE GROUP, AND/OR ANY THIRD PARTY CONTRACTED OR EMPLOYED BY YOUR GROUP DURING YOUR RESERVATION WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS OF BEING PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE OF THE MAINTENANCE AND LABOR FOR THE REPAIRS. IN THE EVENT THAT YOU DO NOT REIMBURSE MIRACLE ON 5TH STREET FOR THE DAMAGES WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS OF BEING PROVIDED WITH THE ESTIMATE, MIRACLE ON 5TH STREET SHALL CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD USED FOR YOUR FINAL TAB FOR THE DAMAGES. IF THE CREDIT CARD DOES NOT PROCESS PROPERLY, THERE WILL BE A COMPOUNDING 10% LATE FEE PER 24-HOUR PERIOD ACCRUED UNTIL THE BALANCE FOR THE DAMAGES HAS BEEN SETTLED.
21. FORCE MAJEURE - MIRACLE ON 5TH STREET CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ACTS OF GOD, TERRORISM, CHANGE IN LAWS OR REGULATIONS, INCLEMENT WEATHER, OR UNAPPROVED CHANGES IN PLANS BY HOST.
22. INDEMNIFICATION - YOUR GROUP AGREES THAT MIRACLE ON 5TH STREET AND MIRACLE ON 5TH STREET’S OFFICERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES (“MIRACLE ON 5TH STREET’S PERSONNEL”) WILL NOT BE LIABLE NOR RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER INCIDENTS THAT MAY OCCUR TO ANY PERSONS OR VENDORS USING MIRACLE ON 5TH STREET’S PREMISES DURING YOUR RESERVATION, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF MIRACLE ON 5TH STREET AND/OR MIRACLE ON 5TH STREET’S PERSONNEL. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL MIRACLE ON 5TH STREET AND/OR MIRACLE ON 5TH STREET’S PERSONNEL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES.
23. ABIDE BY ALL LAWS & POLICIES - YOUR GROUP AGREES TO ABIDE BY ALL FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS, STATE OF TEXAS EXECUTIVE ORDERS, CITY OF AUSTIN MANDATES AND ORDINANCES, AND ALL OF MIRACLE ON 5TH STREET’S RULES, GUIDELINES, POLICIES, AND PROCEDURES IN EFFECT DURING THE DATE AND TIME OF THE RESERVATION.
2 4. BY PURCHASING A "THE MORE THE MERRIER GROUP RESERVATION" PASS YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.
