Miracle Mireya Butterfly Family Celebration Free Family Fun Night

Join us for a special Free Family Fun Night at the Kansas Children's Discovery Center from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, October 15. Free admission for everyone, as capacity allows.
We're partnering with the Miracle Mireya Foundation to celebrate the 3rd Annual Miracle Mireya Butterfly Family Celebration. Inspired by Mireya's radiant smile, the evening will feature special activities that encourage kindness, family connection, and awareness about the prevention of Shaken Baby Syndrome through the Foundation's Random Smiles of Kindness Campaign. Mireya was a member of our Discovery Center Medical Warriors program, and we’re grateful to continue celebrating her joyful spirit and the impact she has made on our community.
Children will receive wearable butterfly wings or a superhero cape while supplies last. Come explore the Discovery Center's indoor and outdoor exhibits and enjoy an evening of serious fun for the whole family.
