After living and performing in Australia for over a decade, jazz-trained Chilean vocalist Magdalena Mira felt a longing to reconnect with the music deep within her soul. “As much as you do, as far as you go,” she says, “the roots are the strongest thing.” Magdalena has brought together a band of players who are all passionately immersed in the music of their ancestors.
