This will be our 6th event at Minnie's FP. This is a fun opportunity and we typically go to lunch afterward.If you just want to check in and meet for lunch, you're welcome to do so.
If you will make Friday 6/12 a relatvely early evening and show up to Volunteer with us at 7:45am on Saturday the 13h for check-in that would be awesome. The Activities start at 8AM (if you arrive late, they'll still fit you in)
The staff at Minnie's are very accommodating, it's fun with jams playing indoors as we work sorting food/packing boxes and bags for donations, or you can do the drive-thru pickup line, even helping in the boutique is usually an option. You choose where to help out and what you'd like to do.

7:45AM Volunteer registration / orientation / task assignment
8 AM-12:00PM - Volunteering Activity
Volunteer opportunities and tasks include:
Outdoors on the car line: placing food items in clients' vehicles
Indoors preparing cold bags
Indoors unloading / stocking / sorting preparing boxes
Indoors assisting at Minnie's Boutique
Outdoors stocking pallets of boxes to storage, rearranging area
11:45-12 Noon Volunteer experience wrap-up
Frequently asked questions:
What should I wear?
Volunteers should wear close-toed shoes and appropriate clothing such as jeans, shorts and t-shirts. No sandals/flip-flops, extremely short skirts/shorts or low-cut shirts. Individuals wearing opened toed shoes and inappropriate clothing will not be allowed to volunteer.
Where to park?
Please park in front of Suite 671; Minnie's Empowerment Center.
