Minnesota Mandolin Orchestra Performance
The Minnesota Mandolin Orchestra is a community orchestra formed in 1991 to preserve and foster the enjoyment of mandolin music. They have about 40 musicians, playing mandolin, mandola, mandocello, guitar, and bass. Their repertoire includes old and new compositions for mandolin ensembles, transcriptions of classical music, and arrangements of popular tunes.
Free Minnesota History Center admission and parking is available every Thursday from 4-8 pm. Learn more about the Minnesota Mandolin Orchestra.
This event is free and open to the public and registration is not required, but attendees are encouraged to RSVP. Tickets are not required for admission.
