My first ever Fall Break Super Camp is almost full!WHAT: MINNEAPOLIS, MN CATCHERS SUPER CAMP
WHEN: October 11-12, 2025 from 9:00am-5:00pm Daily
WHERE: Mash Performance
WHO: All catchers aged 10-16 (Baseball & Softball)
DETAILS:
Session 1 - Day 1 - We will cover stances/set ups and receiving & hand, wrist and forearm strength.
Session 2 - Day 1 - We will cover blocking & hip mobility, flexibility & strength.
Session 1 - Day 2 - We will focus on throwing fundamentals as well as arm care & velocity development.
Session 2 - Day 2 - We will focus on what we call “specialty plays" of Force Plays, Tag Plays, Bunt Plays & Pop Ups.
In addition to the skill training sessions we will also have classroom sessions focusing on understanding pitchers & pitching, pitch calling, Leadership qualities and mental game tips.
