For METS businesses, contractors, and resources-sector suppliers, AI opportunities often sit within repetitive, document-heavy workflows. The challenge is identifying useful applications without crossing safety, operational, compliance, or accountability boundaries.
This practical Field Lab uses realistic mining services scenarios to explore where AI may assist with report triage, shift handover, compliance documentation, and workflow support. You will test selected workflows using fictional or sanitised materials, assess the risks, and prioritise the opportunities worth exploring further.

- Less than 7 days before: No refunds, credits, or transfers for change-of-mind. Exceptional circumstances considered at our discretion.
- No-show/Partial attendance: No refund or credit is provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
Substitutions & Changes
- Substitutions: Permitted up to 24 hours before the session. Please provide attendee details in writing.
- Organiser Changes: If we cancel or significantly reschedule, you will receive a full transfer, credit, or refund per Australian Consumer Law.
Our services include guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Platform fees may be non-refundable if retained by the third-party provider.
