At the autumn equinox, this ceremony we celebrate Indian Summer: the season of the Earth element. This is the time of the harvest, a period of centering and grounding after the expansive heat of summer. The Earth element governs our stability and our ability to digest both food and experiences. With the subtle opening provided by a minidose of psilocybin truffles, we focus our Yin practice on the Spleen and Stomach meridians, inviting a sense of grounding and coming home to ourselves. By rooting into the Earth’s supportive energy, we find the equilibrium needed to transition from the outward activity of summer toward the introspective quiet of the coming autumn.
