🐴 MINI HORSE HALTER CAMPAges 7–12
Mini Horse Halter Camp is a small-group, hands-on farm experience where kids learn how to groom, handle, and present miniature horses in a fun, confidence-building environment.
✨ Camp concludes with a Mini Show Day, and parents are invited to attend!
🚫 This is NOT a riding camp.
✅ This camp focuses on groundwork, animal handling, presentation skills, and confidence.
🧠 WHAT KIDS WILL LEARN
✔️ Safe miniature horse handling
✔️ Grooming and presentation basics
✔️ Leading and walking with confidence
✔️ Halter “set-up” and posing
✔️ Horse body parts and basic structure
✔️ Calm communication and awareness
✔️ Confidence in presenting in front of others
📅 DATES & TIMES
April 10–12
• Friday, April 10: 5:30–7:30 PM
• Saturday, April 11: 2:00–4:00 PM
• Sunday, April 12: 2:00–4:00 PM
⏰ Total camp time: 6 hours
🌧 Weather Plan:
Camp will take place outdoors when possible. In the event of rain or poor weather, activities will be held inside the barn.
👧 WHO THIS CAMP IS FOR
Children age 7–12
*Beginners welcome
*Kids who love animals and want hands-on experience
*Must be able to follow directions and safety rules
🐴 ANIMALS
Participants will work hands-on with our miniature horses, including:
• Tuxedo (stallion)
• Peanut
• Mr. Wrinkles
• Red
• Teal
➕ Wink, our miniature donkey, may be added if we see fit.
🐴 Horse Assignments:
2 kids per mini
1 child will work with Tuxedo
(Tuxedo is a stallion — the instructor will select the child best suited for him on Day 1 for safety and experience level)
💰 PRICING
• $175 per child
• 🦅Early sign-up price: $150 per child (limited time)

⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Ground-based activities only (no riding)
Closed-toe shoes required
Dress for the weather
Camp may involve dirt, hay, and animals
Safety rules must be followed at all times
