Mini Yoga Intro Intensive

Learn what Yoga is beyond Warrior poses and Downward Dog, and how an ancient practice can support your physical and mental well being today. A condensed version of -- and an excellent primer to -- the Intro Series, this workshop will explore yoga through the classic 8 Limbs, with an emphasis on poses, breathing and meditation. (This workshop is not a prerequisite to the full Intro Series). Recommended for newbies, and those with prior experience seeking a refresher or more foundational yoga knowledge.
