I’ve been asked by a few of you to run something a little longer than a single class — a chance to slow down, move, rest and connect off the matThis mini weekend retreat is an invitation to step out of the busyness of life and into a shared yoga experience across two sessions
Saturday 14 March | 4.00–5.30pm
A gentle afternoon of restful yoga and sound to help you unwind and ease into the weekend.
After class, there’s the option to join a group dinner (location to be confirmed depending on numbers – not included).
Sunday 15 March | 6.30–8.00am
A fun, playful vinyasa practice with space to explore movement and shapes, followed by a grounding sound bath.
We’ll then head out together for a smoothie bowl from the beautiful Suns Out Bowls Out (included).
All yoga sessions will be held at the Buddha Sanctuary.
Transport to breakfast will be self-drive.
There’s also an optional breathwork session at Evolv on Sunday morning (9.30–11.00am) if you’d like to continue the experience (not included).

Often in yoga we move side by side without really getting the chance to talk or get to know one another — this weekend is about creating space for that connection, alongside movement and rest.
