Mini Sweat on the Ship - Glow night workout!

We’re closing out March with something special — an evening Glow Night Sweat on the Ship honoring the Medal of Honor and continuing our March theme of Growth in Motion. 🇺🇸✨

Join us Wednesday, March 25th at 7PM aboard the USS Yorktown for a night workout under the lights — red, white & blue glow encouraged. We’ll move with purpose, honor courage, and reflect on what it means to grow through strength, resilience, and community.

This one is about momentum — not just forward motion in your body, but growth in character, heart, and connection. When we show up together, we rise together.

Expect a powerful sweat, patriotic energy, and a memorable experience on deck as the sun sets and the ship lights up.
