The Hybrid Fitness scene as taken over, and we are here for it! As Calgary's only HYROX Affiliate, we are excited to bring you our first HYROX style event, with all the stations you know and love, with less running, and 1 exciting addition! This event is a solo endeavour.

Join us Under the Lights Friday September 20th for the fun, fitness and competition as you take on:

• 500m Ski
• 20m Sled Push
• 20m Sled Pull
• 40m Sandbag Lunges
• 40m Farmer's Carry
• 750m Run
• 30 Burpee Broad Jumps (Jump over 2 lines 35cm apart)
• 500m Row
• 50 Wall Balls

Weights used are equivalent to HYROX Open

Wave Times are every 30 minutes, with 2 competitiors going off at a time - if you are registered in the 5PM Wave, you may not start right at 5PM.
