Alicia is an 𝐄-𝐑𝐘𝐓 𝟐𝟎𝟎+ 𝐲𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐔𝐬𝐮𝐢 𝐑𝐞𝐢𝐤𝐢 𝐈𝐈 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭 and 𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫 based in Colorado Springs. Her journey of self-discovery began with yoga—first as a physical practice and soon as a pathway to mental emotional and spiritual transformation.

What started on the mat evolved into a deep exploration of energy and consciousness through sound healing and Reiki. Alicia works closely with the Angelic and ethereal realms channeling energy and intuitive messages to guide others back to their own power. Her mission is to support others in their healing and empowerment by sharing the tools practices and stories that helped her transform from a traumatized teen into an embodied empowered adult. 𝐘𝐢𝐧 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚 is a practice of slowing down and sinking deep into the body. In a world that keeps us constantly moving Yin invites us to 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭. Physically it targets the connective tissue (fascia) where deep tension often lingers. By holding postures and relaxing into them the fascia begins to release allowing the body to open.

Mentally Yin offers peace and introspection. Energetically it restores balance to the pace of daily life and brings a sense of wholeness and grounding.

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐢𝐤𝐢 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚

𝐑𝐞𝐢𝐤𝐢 is a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice that originated in Japan in the early 1900s. Meaning “universal energy” Reiki channels life-force energy through the practitioner’s hands to promote balance and harmony on all levels.

It supports 𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐥-𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 and beautifully complements both sound healing and yoga. Its effects often continue to unfold long after the session ends creating lasting peace and alignment.

Please bring a 𝐲𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐨𝐫 𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 and 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫. You’re welcome to bring a pillow and/or blanket for comfort too. This helps us keep the space clean and cozy—come dressed comfortably and eat beforehand.

If you have any serious medical condition (i.e. metal in the body/brain injury tinnitus epilepsy metal in the body etc...) make sure you get written permission from your doctor allowing your attendance of a live sound bath. The reason being that some conditions do not take well to the strong vibrations of sound baths. Additionally please inform Gigi of your condition before joining us at our sound bath thank you!
