Mini-Retreat for VETERANS: Restore, Reconnect, Renew

Step away from the noise and into a peaceful, country setting just minutes from downtown Raleigh to connect with veterans who understand the journey. This 3-hour guided mini-retreat is designed specifically for veterans and their adult family members (ages 20+) seeking space to decompress, reconnect, and restore.

Through time in nature, thoughtfully curated creative activities, and gentle movement you’ll have the opportunity to reset your nervous system, reflect, and connect with others who understand the journey. Optional seasonal blueberry picking (June–August) and time with farm animals offer moments of simplicity and grounding.

Led by Air Force veteran Greg Whitt of and certified Integrative Health and Wellness Coach and Artist of Conduit for Change, LLC.

This retreat experience blends rhythm, mindfulness, and integrative coaching in a supportive, welcoming environment, and held at the Mini-Acres Farm, a blueberry farm and event space.
