Parents and little ones, immerse yourselves in our engaging kids classes in the ninja gym! Designed to foster essential coordination skills, enhance balance, and instill self-confidence, your children will embark on a journey through Ninja Warrior obstacle courses and enjoyable yoga poses tailored to a weekly theme. Gain insights into supporting your kids as they learn to navigate activities like hanging and flipping on rings, executing somersaults, scaling the rock wall and warped wall, traversing balance beams, and more! The fun continues with parachute play, joyful moments with bubbles, group dancing, singing, and a calming wind-down through story time and deep breathing exercises. For adults, these Ninja Warrior Classes includes yoga stretching, connecting with other active parents, and spending quality time with your child in an active and uplifting environment.
