Mini Mindful Explorers (13 months and under only)

Mini Mindful Explorers is designed to support emotional wellbeing for both parents and their babies whilst fostering a connection to the natural world. This group takes place in the Garden Space at Stourbridge Family Hub on Thursdays 10:00am to 11:30am. In case of adverse weather we will use the Hub's sensory room but some activities may still be outside so please bring seasonally appropriate outer wear.
This group is a supportive, non judgemental environment for parents to have open conversations whilst connecting with your child in a calming, outdoor environment. This group will feature activities such as sensory play and Mindful/Happy moments journaling.

We may use food items and/or herbs in our sessions and our playdough is made using heat treated gluten flour. Please let us know if you or your child have any allergies before the session starts.

Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
All of our groups and events are risk assessed and there will be a qualified First Aider and Mental Health First Aider present.

Whilst any paint we may use is non toxic, it may still stain clothes. Moms Mindful Hub take no responsibility for any damage to clothing or personal items. We advise wearing clothes that you do not mind getting dirty and/or overalls. This point particularly applies to our Mindful Explorers Nature Play sessions.
Please follow the general group rules at all times, a copy of which is present at all sessions for you to read through.

As parents ourselves we understand that plans change last minute, please let us know if you are not able to attend the group so we can offer the space to someone else. As we keep our numbers small to ensure a calm, safe environment, tickets are limited.
