Mini Marinated Mozzarella Making!

The only thing better than milky, mild mozzarella? Freshly pulled and marinated mini mozzarella! The Italians call it bocconcini (meaning small mouthful), and this class is all about petite eats and big flavors. Start by tasting exceptional versions of fresh pasta filata-style (pulled curd) cheeses, like mozzarella and burrata, while sipping house wine. Then get hands-on with fresh cheese curds, stretching and creating your own high-quality bocconcini. Once they’re formed, you’ll marinate them in olive oil and the flavors of your choice, to take home and savor.

• Format: guided tasting and hands-on cheesemaking with a Murray’s expert in our classroom

• Includes: 4 cheeses, curds to make bocconcini, olive oil, flavorings, Mason jar

In-person classes take place in the classrooms located at our Bleecker Street store. Our classrooms are located upstairs and downstairs at our venue and are therefore not wheelchair accessible.

Mozzarella Making is for ages 16 and up. For those under 21, non-alcoholic beverages are available as a substitution for house wine—please notify us ahead of time for proper set-up.

By registering to attend and attending Murray’s Cheese In-Person Class, Tasting, or Catered Event ( each, an “Event”), I, and on behalf of any other attendee that I have registered for the Event (collectively, “We” or “Our”) hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages or personal injury, death, or property damage which we may have or which may hereafter accrue as a result of our attendance at or participation in the Event. We agree and understand that our attendance and participation at the Event is voluntary and we assume risks associated with the activity in which we will be participating. If alcoholic beverages are consumed during the Event, we understand that this may increase our risk of injury and agree not to operate a motor vehicle if we may be over the legal limit. I represent and warrant that I am authorized to provide the aforementioned waiver, release, and discharge on behalf of any attendees that I have registered for the Event.
